Our accomidations
Two different units to meet your needs
Whether you are traveling alone or with a large group either on business near Buffalo, NY or coming to fish or kayak the Cattaraugus Creek, our cabin and apartment rental can accommodate you.
The cabin is a cozy open style with a bunk style bed, (full on the bottom, single on the top). We also have two fold out beds that can be set up if needed to accommodate more. There is a full kitchen, bathroom, wood burning fireplace, a deck with a hot tub and a screened in porch.
The apartment is above a detached garage and has three separate bedrooms ( one queen, one full and two singles), living room, full kitchen and bathroom.
Both units are fully furnished and equipped with all kitchenware, water coolers, linens, Direct TV, and gas grills. There is ample parking onsite for those of you who travel with trailers or multiple vehicles.
Our units are a great alternative for those who are tired of staying in hotels and looking for a fully furnished rental in a quiet setting that is still close to town.

We’ve been making the trip to Springville for over 10 years to not only enjoy the Catts steelhead but the accommodations The Zoar offers. The cabin has a ski lodge/hunting camp feel with cable TV, hot tub and a fire place to thaw out after a 12 hour November day on the Catt. The stretch by the lower cabin is one of the finer stretches on the entire Catt and being private you don’t have to worry about the crowds. Dawn and Boyd have become friends of ours and make the stay that much more enjoyable!
